Summer League: Wolves 84, Suns 81

From The Star Tribune:
McCants had 30 of his 32 points in the first half and the Wolves outlasted the Suns.

The Wolves, who led 30-15 after one quarter, fell behind with less than five minutes left in the game but retook the lead for good at 80-78 when Smith hit a jump shot with 1:18 to go. Foye hit only one of two free throws with three seconds left, but Phoenix threw the ball away on the inbounds play.

"I was feeling good," McCants said. "I kind of felt like I had something to prove in this last game; I felt like I was underachieving. I wanted to come out early and make a statement."
