Point guard Randy Foye came out firing to start the game, netting 16 points in the first quarter on a perfect six-of-six shooting. The 2006 Vegas Summer League MVP ended up with a game-high 28 points (12-17 FG).
“I felt good, I went out there and played hard,” Foye said of his performance today. “I took the shots when I had them and tried to get my teammates involved.”
Timberwolves’ forward Craig Smith and 2007 first round pick (#7 overall) Corey Brewer also had solid games...
