Summer League: Wolves 73, Clippers 85
The Wolves lost to the Clippers in Vegas last night, 85-73.Randy Foye, the reigning summer league MVP, paced the Timberwolves with a game-high 23 points (7-16 FG) in 33 minutes of action. Craig Smith continued his dominance inside the paint, pouring in 15 points (5-11 FG) and eight rebounds in 34 minutes of play.
Sixth overall pick of the T-Wolves’ Corey Brewer struggled from the floor, hitting just two of his 12 shots. However, he was able to manage eight points and six rebounds.
