Chad Ford's mock draft
In his latest mock draft, Chad Ford has the Wolves taking Jeff Green.The Timberwolves' biggest need is in the frontcourt. There's a lot of speculation that they like Spencer Hawes here, though I've been assured by several sources that no promise has been made to Hawes.
From what I can gather, they'll decide between Jeff Green and Yi Jianlian. Given that Minnesota hasn't been granted access to Yi, we're going with Green here -- a playmaking forward, one of the more NBA-ready players in the draft and a good complement to Kevin Garnett and Randy Foye.
