Foye and McHale on lottery luck
Kare 11 on Randy Foye volunteering to represent the team at the NBA draft lottery this Tuesday. Foye says he's bringing along a few good luck charms, one of which is holy water from Lourdes given to him by assistant GM Rob Babcock. ("It's the real stuff," Babcock said Thursday.)On the team's history of bad luck in the lottery, Foye said, "I think it's time for a change."
Kevin McHale isn't putting any stock into the holy water:
"I'm not a big believer in bingo-machine luck," McHale said. "What's going to happen is what's going to happen."
