Wolves Community Service

Some of the Timberwolves showed up as the team held a holiday party and helped dedicate a new basketball court at Fairview Recreation Center in north Minneapolis. Click here to watch a video of the event.

One of the kids at the event asked Mad Dog why the Wolves "lose sometimes."
“You know, I like the question from this young man,” Madsen answered, “What happens in basketball is that no matter how hard you try, you’re going to make mistakes on the court. You’re not going to win every game, but you have to keep on working through it.



The Pioneer Press on the number of community projects in which Ricky Davis is involved.

"Ricky's done a great job in the community," Casey said. "And it's a great step on Ricky's path of growth and maturity and everything."

Coach Casey also describes Davis as "community conscious."
