Wolves Updates 6/13

10,000 Takes with a list of the most overrated things in Minnesota Sports.

From Charley Walters/Pioneer Press:
It's a strong bet that one of three Florida players - 6-foot-10 Al Horford, 6-9 Corey Brewer or 6-11 Joakim Noah, left, - will be the Timberwolves' top pick at No. 7 in the June 28 NBA draft. The Wolves were especially impressed with Noah's energy during a recent workout.

If the Wolves choose Brewer, they will trade Trenton Hassell.

Pssst: Discussions are under way about obtaining new investors for the Timberwolves.

Kevin McHale addressed the media after Monday's pre-draft workouts. On Wolves trade talk this offseason, McHale said:
This is always an active time of year. I don't discuss that with you guys, so there's a shocker ... Always a lot of talk. There's some things that will be going, I'm sure, on over the next two weeks.

From Mike Max/WCCO:
Former Timberwolves coach Dwane Casey said he's worked camps in China, attended a draft camp in Orlando and is still in the hunt for the Seattle head job. If not, he'd like to work as an assistant in the NBA and one of his closest coaching friends is Cleveland Cavalier's Mike Brown.
