Babcock on Garnett trade rumors
Rob Babcock was on Toronto Sports Station Fan 590 earlier today and was asked about the Garnett situation. (Via KFAN Rube Chat)Babcock said about the trade rumors:
-There are discussions going on but there's nothing serious at this point.
-Kevin wants to play here and the team wants him to be here
-There are no threats, there's nothing going on in terms of the rumored trades
-Good situation with a great player here and Kevin wants to stay here and win a championship
-Garnett hasn't come in and said he wants out
-It's a business but KG's been with the team for a long time and has a great relationship with the team
-The team doesn't want to trade him and Garnett doesn't want to be traded, but if something were to happen, it'd be a business decision
