Fred Hoiberg talks about his heart problems and his new role with the team:"It's going to be an important summer for us, and I'm looking forward to the challenge," Hoiberg said. "Hopefully we can get this team back in the playoffs -- and a team that this city can be proud of."

Rob Moor, chief executive officer of the Timberwolves, said he has just started negotiations for a three-year contract for Randy Wittman to continue coaching the Wolves. Witt- man said once he signs this contract, he will decide about his coaching staff.
