Rookie Of The Year voting
The Blazers' Brandon Roy, the Wolves' pick in last year's draft, was selected as rookie of the year. A panel of sportswriters and broadcasters awarded the player 127 out of 128 first-place votes.Randy Foye ended up at #5 in the voting while Craig Smith came in at #11.
