No Olympics For KG
Garnett's agent has informed Jerry Colangelo, managing director of USA Basketball and Phoenix Suns CEO, that KG will not be playing for the 2008 US Olympic Basketball Team. Garnett, along with Tim Duncan, is one of few to turn down the offer. Colangelo still plans on inviting KG to a meeting when the Twolves take on the Suns on Feb 6."I don't need to meet with him," Garnett said. "I'm not going to make this no pressing issue. I spoke with him one time. That's that."
